These computer systems are owned and operated by Parts Talk, a Value Added Network provider for The United States Government which is attached to the DoD Electronic Commerce Infrastructure and also participates directly in Electronic Commerce Networks with other Governments around the World.

  Usage Data
Any and all use of the public or non-public areas of this website are subject to monitoring without warning.

Raw data logs will be used to identify individual users and their usage habits for authorized law enforcement investigations or national security purposes. These logs may be kept for an indefinite period and/or released to law enforcement or national security personnel.

 Site Security
For site security purposes and to ensure that this and all other hosted services remain available to all users, this computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Parts Talk does not offer users' personal information for sale to any third parties. We retain current and previous user information and will, at times, use this information for our own purposes (including but not limited to: mail, e-mail, fax and telephone contact). Inactive subscribers of any of our services can be removed from future contact by submitting a written request to Parts Talk

In addition to monitoring, information concerning all visitors is collected for analytical and statistical purposes, such as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

 Online Transactions
If you decide to use the Site to make an online transaction, Parts Talk  will collect information from you to facilitate the transaction, and such information may include, but is not limited to, contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as tax identification number and credit card number).  Parts Talk’s primary goal in collecting this information is to complete a successful transaction. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH PARTS TALK ARE GOVERNED BY A SEPARATE COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT, THEN THE TERMS OF SUCH COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT WILL CONTROL.

 Order Fulfillment
Parts Talk uses outside shipping companies to ship orders, and, if requested, a credit card processing company and/or other financial institutions to bill you for goods and services.Your information will be provided to these companies and other companies, as may be necessary, to facilitate order processing. Additionally, Parts Talk may disclose information about your online transactions to Parts Talk’s business partners for the purpose of facilitating other transactions, including without limitation, disclosing order information to a supplier for inventory management purposes.

 Financial Information
Parts Talk participates in supplying information to Dun & Bradstreet pertaining to payment performance of its customers. More information on how this information is used can be found directly from Dun & Bradstreet.

This site is not targeted at children/minors under the age of 18. Parts Talk will not, and does not knowingly, collect or use any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18.
